Do we pay extra for the Warehouses app?
No. Warehouses is included automatically whenever you have Inventory (standalone or in a bundle).
What happens if 100 units leave our central warehouse but only 98 arrive at the branch?
Because transfers use a two-step In-Transit workflow, the receiving branch records 98 received and 2 discrepant—preserving an audited trail instead of silently losing stock.
Can we track which batch or serial number went to which branch or technician van?
Yes. Every internal transfer preserves the exact lot/expiry batch and serial numbers from origin to destination.
