How it works end-to-end

1. Set reseller tiers & product allocations
Assign each reseller a tier with its discount band, credit limit, commission % and monthly stock allocation.
2. Route CRM leads by territory timer
Incoming leads in a territory are offered to the first reseller in the Portal; if unaccepted in time, they rotate to the next.
3. Reseller orders in Portal → Books sales order
Resellers (or staff) place orders for themselves or a sub-customer; approval creates the Books draft sales order.
4. Issue commission statement on collected cash
At month-end, generate commission statements from collected receipts (with refund clawbacks) and post as a Books supplier bill.

Common questions answered
Does Resellers calculate commission when an invoice is issued or only when the customer actually pays?
Only on money actually collected (Books receipts and paid Trade orders), and any subsequent refund or credit note automatically claws back in the next month’s commission statement.
Do we pay extra for the Resellers app?
No. Resellers comes included with the Trade app and in the Trade Business and Kluvan One bundles.
