What if two sales reps try to ship orders to the same customer at the exact same second when the customer is near their credit limit?
Trade enforces database-level concurrency locks on both the customer’s credit limit and warehouse batch stock—guaranteeing neither credit nor stock can ever be exceeded.
Can wholesale customers place their own repeat orders online?
Yes. When granted B2B Trade access in the Customer Portal, buyers can place orders using only the active offers and prices published to their account.
How do product returns work on batch-tracked wholesale goods?
Returns trace back to the original shipped batches, restore stock to the chosen warehouse, and post a balanced credit note/refund in Books.
